Orders: By placing an order through our website, you agree to purchase products subject to these Terms of Sale.

Payment: Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept:

Shipping: We will arrange for shipment of the products to you. Shipping costs and delivery dates will be specified during the checkout process.

Taxes: Prices shown do not include applicable taxes, which will be added to the total purchase price during the checkout process.

Title and Risk of Loss: Title to products passes from us to you upon shipment. Risk of loss passes from us to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier.

Accuracy of Information: We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing our products; however, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on our website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability: In no case shall Verum Vita Inc., our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.

Return Policy

Returns: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at inquiries@verumvitacorp.com. Please include your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with any additional specific instructions on the return process. Items must be returned in like new condition. They must not have any damage and must include all accessories they were originally shipped with. Once we have received your return and checked the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least four (4) days from receipt of your item for your return or exchange to be processed. Once your return has been processed, we will notify you by email.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Shipping and restocking Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. A 5% restocking fee will also be deducted from the refunded total.

Exceptions: Certain items are not eligible for return, such as Custom items not produced or sold by Verum Vita Inc.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.
